We love green tea and often try different flavours/brands. Recently we tried Lipton Jasmine tea. Inside a big box, tea bags were packaged in small boxes then foiled. The size of small boxes is similar to the boxes/baskets I made for Christmas gifts (chocolate & candy cane) last year. I thought using these Lipton tea boxes will save me time & material, while making use of what would otherwise be waste.
I used ‘My Friend’ stamp set on white paper, a small heart and a small Itty Bitty flower to decorate the 1st box. Colours are Bermuda Bay, Tangerine Tango and Daffodil Delight. The lid is made from new designer paper stack (available from 2 July).
I used ‘Gingham’ wheel stamp to create the gingham paper for this 2nd box. ‘Happy Halloween’ sentiment is from ‘Delightful Dozen’ stamp set. I drew the bat & hand cut it.
The 3rd box is decorated using ‘Tag It’ stamp set & ‘Gingham’ wheel stamp and added a few stars made from silver glimmer paper.
I used ‘Owl Occasions’ stamp set (retired) to decorate the back of this box.
For this 4th box, I used ‘Betsy’s Blossom’ and ‘Blooming Marvellous’ (Sale-a-bration freeby early this year) stamp sets. I added a handle to turn it to a basket. I decided to use it to store my ink refills etc. I love soft colours, but they are actually not as pale as appeared in the photos.
I decided to simply use the pretty ‘Gingham Garden’ paper (available from 2 July) to cover the 5th box. The lid is made from ‘Just Add Cake’ paper (retired).
So many photos and information today, but I hope you find them useful.
