Perfectly Preserved – notepad folder

By: Bussakorn Mpelasoka, Stampin’ Up! ® Independent Demonstrator, Canberra

I made a few notepad folders last weekend. I used ‘Perfectly Preserved’ stamp set (retired) for these two folders.

This is the first one I made.

I played around with the washi tape here.

Perfectly Preserved_notepad folder 1c

Inside has two pockets, one for the notepad itself and the other is for some lose paper, ruler, paper clips etc.

I used different DSP as background for the second folder. The pattern on it is so subtle we can hardly see it, so I stamped some circles on it.

I kept the flower stamp the same as the first folder, but changed the other two flowers.

The inside pocket is kept more simple.

Banner Blast mini sketched books

By: Bussakorn Mpelasoka, Stampin’ Up! ® Independent Demonstrator, Canberra

I have more mini sketched books (3” × 5”) to share. This time I used ‘Banner Blast’ stamp set.

White paper on white paper often gives a clean look that I like.

Banner blast mini sketched book white

The one below I tried white on Tempting Turquoise. I made some messes on this one (wasn’t patient to wait for the ink to dry and accidentally smeared it here & there). I added sequins to hide the messes.

Around the world mini journals

By: Bussakorn Mpelasoka, Stampin’ Up! ® Independent Demonstrator, Canberra

I need to have some sort of notebook in my bag at all times in case I need to jot down some notes/ideas. When I travel I like to downsize everything that I carry in my bag/suitcase as best as I can. For my upcoming trip, I have made a few mini journals to carry around in my handbag.

Mini journal all three 1

I think the journals are already pretty just by using pretty Stampin’ Up! designer papers. But since they are for the holiday trip, I decided to use ‘Around the World’ stamp set to create a bit of a theme.

Mini journal 1

The journal is 3 x 4 inches. I used photocopy paper for the inside. There are only 12 pages in each journal, so the journal is small and light and not too thick to fit in the 3 x 4 inches pocket of Project Life page protector (if I want to later on!).

Mini journal 3

Stampin’ Up! products used:

Stamp: Around the World
Ink: Regal Rose (retired), Crisp Cantaloupe, Pool Party
Paper: Whisper White
DSP: Sweet Sorbet (retired), Epic Day This and That, Gingham Garden

Mini album for class

By: Bussakorn Mpelasoka, Stampin’ Up! ® Independent Demonstrator, Canberra

During the class last Sunday, apart from a card (posted yesterday), we managed to finish 5 pages for the mini album.

Front cover

Class mini album front cover

The sample pages I designed for the class has a happy birthday theme, but everyone got to choose the theme they want and I facilitated them with the suitable sentiments (that I have).

Inside front cover

I tried to leave space for a photo and notes on each inside page.

There will be eight sheets (16 pages) in this album. I like using a variety of colours, but tried to make them flow/match by slowly introducing new colours. We had a bit of time left, so I chose one inside page for us to make, which is not the first page after the front cover, but is easy to make.

I was happy to see that everyone seemed to be happy with what they made and achieved. We had lemon cake that Christina made for afternoon tea.

Stampin’ Up! materials used:

Paper: Whisper White, Pool Party (Core’dinations), Basic Grey, Smoky Slate, Sahara Sand
DSP: Sweet Sorbet (retired)
Stamp: Delightful Dozen, Petal Parade (retired)
Big Shot stuff: Manhattan flower embossing folder (retired), Beautiful Wings Embosslits, Large Scallop Edgelits

Lots of leaves cards

By: Bussakorn Mpelasoka, Stampin’ Up! ® Independent Demonstrator, Canberra

I had my 7th craft class last Sunday. We made one card and five pages for the mini album. This is the card we made.

Lots of leaves option 2

I also made another two similar cards.

This card is the same as the one we made in the class, but I changed the ‘clay’ flower to ‘Flower Shop’ flower. I was afraid that the clay flower may be too bulky to post and may break on the way.

Lots of leaves option 3

This third card is a much simpler version, but I think it still looks lovely.

Lots of leaves option 1

Stampin’ Up! materials used:

Paper: Whisper White, Natural White, Pool Party, So Saffron, Early Espresso

DSP: Tea for Two (retired), Subtle DSP stacks (retired)

Stamp: Delightful Dozen

Others: Square Lattice embossing folder, Simply Pressed Clay, Simply Pressed Clay Mold

Envelope album – part 3

By: Bussakorn Mpelasoka, Stampin’ Up! ® Independent Demonstrator, Canberra

More pages in Amy’s envelope album.

Amy album p9

Amy album p10

I used ‘Betsy’s Blossom’ stamp set on the background to make it look like designer paper and used vellum for the pocket for the tag.

Amy album p10a

Michael used to come and play with Amy everyday, and often went home crying when his mum came to fetch him. (I wrote this message behind the tag for Amy.)

Amy album p11

Here I used the retired ‘Blooming Marvellous’ hostess stamp set. I love this set a lot, reaching out for it from time to time.
