Happy Owloween 1

A friend of mine gave me a Halloween theme stamp set a few months ago. Since Halloween is just around the corner, I pulled this stamp set out and make this quick card.

I used watercolour paper on a very light grey card base, and added small pieces of patterned paper from Sweet Li’l Things DSP and Itty Bitty flowers.

Delicate Ornaments Christmas card

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Canberra

I used watercolour technique again for this 4 ½” x 4 ½” card, but with Mint Macaroon as the main colour with only a few tiny splash of Cucumber Crush.

Delicate Ornaments 2

I added a Christmas ornament as a focal point of the card. To give a thick look, I die cut four ornaments, three with plain white cardstock and one (top layer) with watercolour cardstock in Brushing Bride and Watermelon Wonder. I also added a few strips of vellum beneath the ornament.

Tool: Heat Gun, silver embossing powder

Merry Everything 1

Among the 2015-2017 In-colours, I haven’t used Cucumber Crush much. I love the colour, but sometimes I think it is a bit too intense for my liking. Today I tried watercolour technique, using water, aqua painter and the Cucumber Crush ink pad. I like how it looks.

Floral Wings farewell card

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Canberra

I need a farewell card for a male colleague. With little time I have these days, I decided to CASE one of the cards I made a few months ago using Stampin’ up! Floral Wings hostess stamp set.

Here is my previous card…

…and here is the new card.

Floral Wings farewell card 2

I really love the colour combination of my previous card, but thought it looks a bit girly so I made some modification using Tip Top Taupe and Mint Macaron as the main colours and just a small strip of Pink Pirouette. Also, this new card needs to be big for the whole team to sign so I used the whole sheet of A4 cardstock as card base.

Gift card envelope – Floral Wings

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Canberra

I have a very simple gift card envelope to share today. I made this envelope a little while ago, but didn’t post it as I thought it is too simple. My thought today is simple projects can become handy when life gets busy!

Gift card envelopes 1

I used Stampin’ Up! Envelope Punch Board to make this envelope from a patterned paper in Flowerpot DSP pack. I chose the envelope size of 2 ½” x 3 ½” on the board and decorated it using Stampin’ up! Floral Wings stamp set.

Pumpkin treat boxes

Pumpkin treat box 1

It is October and I thought I should make something Halloween-ish. Making these pumpkin treat boxes reminded me of the time when my daughter was young and the fun I had making Halloween projects for her to go to Halloween party or treat hunting.

Pumpkin treat box 2

I used Stampin’ Up! Ovals Collection framelits, size 2 and 3 from the smallest. Large box size is 3”wide, 2” tall, 1 ½” thick; and small box size is 2 3/8” wide, 1 ¾” tall, 1 ¼” thick.
