Handmade calendar 2016

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Canberra

My two friends wanted to make a desktop calendar for 2016. This was what I designed for them to make. I tried to use different tools or techniques for the twelve pages so they had a chance to try different things. We used two Sunday afternoons last December to finish all the pages.

January – shaker frame balloon

February – stencil and embossing paste

March – using stamps to create patterned background

April – roll roses

May – using thread for finishing touch

June – stencil and white ink pad

July – what to do if you are not in the mood of colouring tiny images

August – masking

September – watercolouring

October – creating your own simple shape

November – stencil and ink pad (again! as I ran out of ideas)

December – layering

Thank you so much for stopping by and happy crafting!

  1. Bussy: I love your desktop calendar. TFS. What calendar stamp did you use for this project? Thank you.
