Loads of thanks

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Canberra

Today I have a thank you card and gift box to share. I mixed and (tried to) matched a few different products for these two projects.

For the card, I used a stamp from You’re Sublime stamp set (Annual Catalogue), Birthday Bouquet DSP (Occasions Catalogue) and Wild Flower Fields DSP (sale-a-bration). I used Dots stencil as a template to apply embossing paste on the Birthday Bouquet DSP.

For the gift box, I used Wild Flower Fields DSP (sale-a-bration) and added three flowers using Botanical Blooms stamp set and Botanical Builder framelits dies. The gift box is made out of 4 1/8” x 10 1/2″ cardstock; along 4 1/8” score at 1/2″ and 2 7/8”; and along 10 1/2″ score at 1/2″, 3”, 5 1/2″ and 8”. Connie Stewart made a video tutorial for this type/shape of gift box and her bag is so sweet. You can check her tutorial here.

  1. Hi Bussy,
Beautiful projects! These 3 things – stamp, DSP and framelits – do go really well together. And I like the background with embossing paste!

    • Thank you Guldara. I didn’t like the Wildflower Fields DSP very much at first, thought it was too busy, but I like it a lot now. Bussy
