Personalise my Kikki K calendar

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Canberra

I usually make my own desktop calendar from scratch, but I have been so busy during the past several months and couldn’t make one for this 2017 so I bought one from Kikki K. I have managed to personalise some months (for now).

Shaker bookmark – for my planner

Happy New Year everyone! I wish you all a year filled with lots of happiness and good health (and fun crafting too!).

I have started my 2017 with organising my new planner, first by making a bookmark for it. I used a very thick notecard (with letter B) that I got from Kikki K (free), Cherry on Top DSP and lots of sequins. On the back, I added flowers and leaves made using Jar of Love stamp set and Everyday Jars framelits dies.

…and here it goes into my planner. I love that every page in this planner is made of thick paper so I can stamp, stick and colour etc. – yay!

Handmade envelopes

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Canberra

I have so much work to do this weekend so I have to stop working on my project life album for the time being. I quickly made two envelopes to store the photos I already printed.

I may be able to do a bit of craft when taking a break from my work – probably a quick notebook!

Project Life – Thailand part 2

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Canberra

I have managed to print some photos from our recent holiday trip in Thailand and have two mini project life pockets to share today.

I started with Chiangmai even though not the first province we visited because I have many fond memories about this place. Chiangmai is the second largest city after Bangkok, located in mountainous area in the north of Thailand. There is no sea, but some lovely, refreshing waterfalls.

These photos were taken at the downstream of ‘Mae Sa’ waterfall.

Cone shaped card

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Canberra

I saw a commercial cone shaped card in a shop and liked it, so I tried making one.

I used Whisper White paper and added flowers and leaves using Jar of Love stamp set. I also added DSP at the front of the cone and a ribbon to tie it close.

I made an envelope for it, using Envelope Punch Board. I used the measurement of 4 ½” x 8 ½” envelope size, but I think using the measurement of 4” x 8” envelope size would have been okay toocone-shaped-card-d.

Project Life

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Canberra

I would like to record memorable moments during our recent holiday trip to Thailand. I’ve managed to finish one pocket sheet today.

On this first page, I recorded the holiday period and the provinces we visited. I left one pocket to keep the mini notebook that I used to jot down various things during this holiday.

On the second page, I only noted that it was a happy holiday and that we chose to fly Emirates.

I will start printing photos I want to keep in this album so I can make more pages soon.

Mini notebooks

Bussakorn Mpelasoka: Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Canberra

I made a mini notebook to carry around in my purse during my recent holiday trip to jot down places I visited, things I bought, favourite food I ate, etc.

mini-notebooks-a

I used six sheet of white paper size 5 ¾” x 3 7/8” folded in half for the inside, and DSP size 6” x 4 1/8” folded in half for the cover. I decorated the cover using Jar of Love and Everyday Jars framelits dies. When I came back the notebook was almost full. It will be kept in the album together with photos I took during the trip.

I find it useful to always have mini notebook in my purse to jot down ideas when they pop up. This other notebook is for writing down things I want done or changed around the house, what materials/tools I need and where to get them from. I decorated it with Always an Adventure and Love You Lots.
